A true-life kids' birthday horror story from Zoë Norton-Lodge
If you listen closely, you'll be able to hear my laugh as I invert with the memory of doing something very similar when I was a kid in Brisbane.
One of the most wonderful things about doing Story Club every month is that no matter who is on stage, because we ask everyone to tell a true story, there is always something in each story that we can all relate to, no matter who is on stage. When my friend and co-host Zoe Norton-Lodge shared her birthday party horror story from when she was a child, you'll be able to hear my laugh as I invert with the memory of doing something very similar when I was about five back in Brisbane.
